I was pottering around and found this amazing blog where people post their inspirational weight loss stories. Most of the people have not only lost significant amounts of weight, they've kept it off! This is a major achievement in our junk-food, junk-lifestyle culture.
Jocelyn, for example, went from size 12 to size 0 . . . At Jocelyn's own blog, she's obviously out for a hike with a Camelback - way to go, Jocelyn!
Why was I pottering around? Because someone I know who weighs almost 100 lbs. more than I do called me fat. Guess what the first internet results were? People who've lost 100 pounds or more!
Health tip of the day: feeling down, logy and don't want to drink coffee or an energy drink? Eat an apple! (Skin on, not with "caramel dip").
